A Little About Me...

I have been weight training since 2007, and got my first training certification in 2010. My initial reason for wanting to get into weight lifting was gaining muscle. I was a always a skinny kid and I wanted to bulk up a bit and gain some lean muscle. Well, I fell in love with it. The process of always trying to test yourself and discovering things you never thought your body was capable of never gets old to me. I specialize in fat loss, muscle building/toning, increasing body mobility and muscle conditioning.

Over recent years (due in part to social media) the fitness industry has EXPLODED, and with that comes alot of nonsense. Hippie and fad diets, 30 day "challenges", stupid off-the- wall workouts just to get Instagram likes, "wellness coaches" (I'm looking at you Herbalife), useless products like waist trainers and sweat gels, and supplement companies always coming out with some new product. It can be very, VERY confusing to find where to get actual ACCURATE information. As a single father I understand not only the demand of everyday life but just how precious time is. My goal is to cut through all that nonsense and false information so you don't waste your own time.

 

Whether you want to get stronger, gain muscle mass, lose fat, or just get in better shape it all boils down to 3 things: A PROPER TRAINING PROGRAM, EATING HEALTHY FOOD, and RECOVERY. 

No powder, pill, "challenge", or will get you there. It's a LIFESTYLE change.

I'm not here to sell you on a short-term fix, and anyone that promises that is just flat out lying to you.

I'm here to help those that want to help themselves, you have to be willing to put in the work. I give all my clients structured workout routines involving resistance training as a staple.  I instruct them on not only how to lift weights but how to do so SAFELY. Meal plans are centered around actual food, not supplements and powders. There are no shortcuts, and if you do find a shortcut the results are short lived. I'm interested in giving my clients the tools and knowledge they need to have a happier, healthier lifestyle whether they continue to train with me or not. As long as you're willing to put in the work you WILL see results.

I have trained a wide variety of people over the years from every background and walk of life. Diabetics, people with severe respiratory issues, stroke victims, amputees, athletes, people who have never lifted a dumbbell in their life, children, elderly you name it.
